5900(BB5) Horizontal Double Shell Multistage Petrochemical Process Pump is a horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump with double shells and symmetrically arranged impellers, which is designed according to API 610 Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Heavy Chemical and Natural Gas Industries, and is supported by the horizontal centerline. According to user requirements, the first stage impeller can be designed into single suction or double suction structures.

This series is a double shell structure, and the external pressure bearing shell is made by forging technology, with strong pressure bearing capacity, high temperature resistance, and safe and reliable operation. The inner core is designed as a whole, which can realize the detection and maintenance of the pump without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines.

On the basis of excellent hydraulic models at home and abroad, this series of pumps are designed by using PUMPCAD hydraulic aid design software, CFD three-dimensional fluid simulation analysis system and other advanced hydraulic design means, with high efficiency and good cavitation performance.

This series of pumps have the ability of axial self balancing. During normal operation, the bearing does not bear axial force, greatly improving the service life of the bearing.
