SELLING POINT

1. Casting process: all stainless steel parts adopt the investment casting process, and the wear and corrosion resistance allowance of the parts shall be at least 3m.

2. Main shaft: the main shaft with high rigidity and non-destructive testing is adopted. The main shaft is thickened to reduce the ratio of shaft extension to cantilever, so as to ensure that the deflection of the shaft at the shaft seal does not exceed 0.05m under any working condition, thus extending the life of the bearing and shaft seal.

3. Bearing and bearing box: thin oil lubricated SKF angular contact back-to-back bearing, with a service life of at least 20.000 hours. The bearing housing is equipped with a constant oil cup to ensure that the bearings are properly lubricated

4. Sealing chamber and seal: mechanical seal adopts high pressure resistant balanced cartridge structure. 120bar mechanical seal chamber adopts stage pressure relief design, which ensures that lower pressure level mechanical seal can be used for 120bar pump, reducing expensive mechanical seal costs.

5. Double flow design of shell: some high lift pumps adopt double flow channel structure to further reduce radial force and extend the life of shaft seal and bearing.
