5600(BB3) Horizontal Split Multi-stage Petrochemical Process Pumps are designed according to API610 Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Heavy Chemical and Natural Gas Industries. The pump body is a volute type volute structure, supported by the centerline, the impeller is symmetrically arranged, the axial force is automatically balanced, and there is no complex balance mechanism such as balance plate and balance drum; The inlet and outlet are arranged below the shell and can be disassembled and installed without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines. The first stage impeller can be designed into single suction or double suction structures.
The sealing system is completely designed in accordance with API682 Centrifugal Pump and Rotary Pump Shaft Seal System, and various sealing, flushing and cooling schemes can be configured. Special design can also be carried out according to user's requirements.
The bearing can adopt self-lubricating sliding bearing structure and forced lubrication bearing mechanism according to the shaft power and speed.
