5176(VS6) Vertical Barrel Pump. the pump is a vertical multistage, radial split, radial guide vane or space guide vane structure pump. Designed and manufactured in accordance with API 610 Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Heavy Chemical and Natural Gas Industries.
For this type of pump, the impeller is below the pump inlet and the foundation, which effectively improves the cavitation performance of the pump set and meets the use requirements of low device cavitation conditions. Generally, the structure is horizontal in and horizontal out, which is simple and convenient to install. The vertical structure motor falls above the pump body, and the unit occupies a small area, effectively improving the space utilization rate
This series of pumps has high service performance and many structural deformations to cope with different service conditions.
In terms of hydraulics, the primary and secondary impellers are designed separately. The primary impellers need to have high cavitation performance, and the secondary impellers need to have high efficiency. The radial or spatial guide vane type pressure chamber can be used without hydraulic radial force.
