SELLING POINT
The T-type pump is a single-stage single-suction horizontal hot water centrifugal pump. Its structural form is horizontal suspension, radial part, rear door opening, and central support. It is suitable for conveying high-temperature clean media. The product conforms to GB/T3215 General Technical Conditions for Centrifugal Pumps for Refinery, Chemical and Petrochemical Processes
CFD is used to calculate fluid dynamics, analyze and calculate the relationship between pressure distribution and velocity distribution in the pump, optimize the flow channel design of the pump, ensure that the pump has efficient hydraulic profile, and improve the efficiency of the pump.
The pump body adopts the central support mode to prevent the stress concentration caused by the inconsistent thermal expansion of the pump unit under high temperature and the change of the coupling to the center when the pump is conveying high temperature medium. The pump bracket, pump cover, suspension body (bearing part) and mechanical seal gland have cooling chambers, which can be cooled by cooling water or wind at different temperatures.
