SELLING POINT

The 5250 series slurry pump developed by the company is a single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal centrifugal slurry pump. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, reliable operation and long service life.

1. Using modern CAD design method, the hydraulic performance is excellent, the efficiency is high and the wear rate is low.
2. The flow channel is spacious, with good anti-clogging performance and excellent cavitation performance.
3. Axial inlet, radial outlet and outlet direction can be rotated and installed at eight angles.
4. Double pump casing structure design is adopted. The split pump casing is used for pressure bearing and the lining is used for wear resistance.
5. Interchangeable metal lining and rubber lining. Impeller also has metal and rubber materials.
6. The bearing assembly is designed with short cantilever and large shaft diameter to minimize the deviation and vibration.
7. Various shaft seal forms: packing seal, auxiliary impeller power seal, mechanical seal and various special combination seals.
8. It can be used in multiple series within the allowable pressure range.
